Talk and Q&A on the
“Science of the Earth Treasure Vases’”
with Charok Lama
Tuesday March 25, 1pm-3pm MT / 8pm-10pm CET

His Eminence Kushok Mangden Rinpoche (Charok Lama) in 1990 (left) and the present Charok Lama (right)
Recently Cynthia and Rick spend a special couple of days together in Santa Fe with the young Charok Lama. He was recognized at the age of three as the reincarnation of the revered hermit-yogi Kushok Mangden, the ‘’old lama in the cave’’ who instructed Cynthia in 1990 to work Earth Treasure Vases in response to her burning question ‘’What can we do to bring healing and protection to the Earth?’’.
According to his wish, at age four, Charok moved to Kopan Monastery in Kathmandu where he started his education and at age eight he continued on to Sera Je Monastery in Southern India. There he received the very honorable Rikchung degree for completing his studies of the four main philosophical treatises: Pramanavartika, Prajnaparamita, Madhyamika and Vinaya. In 2020, having completed his studies at Sera, Charok Lama made the decision to live as a lay person and is now teaching people mainly in the West.
Charok Lama has kindly agreed to come and share with us his understanding of the science of the Earth Treasure Vases. Many of us have experienced the tangible healing power of the vases and how causes and conditions seem to come together in synchronistic and perhaps magical ways. But how do these little clay pots actually work? How do they bring healing and protection? Why is the practice of the Earth Treasure Vases important in our times? How to work with the vases to really tap into the potential for personal and collective healing and transformation?
We will receive a teaching from Charok Lama and will have plenty of time to engage in discussion and to bring our questions.
The call is exclusively for current Earth Treasure Vase stewards, for past stewards and for a few people who have received a special invitation. In this way we intend to keep the circle intimate and to offer the opportunity to people who are working with or have worked with the vases to engage personally with Charok Lama.
We request a contribution between $30-75. Part of this contribution will go as dana to our guest-teacher and part of it will go to the running costs of our organization. Please make your contribution at the same time as your registration at https://gaiamandala.net/donate/, and add the comment ‘’Charok Lama March 25’’. The invitation is to offer what feels like the right amount of reciprocity for you given your financial resources. All contributions are equally welcomed with gratitude.
The recording of the call will be available to those who have registered.
