During this special two-hour session, Cynthia will offer guidance from dharma teachings & methods of meditation to face these evolutionary times deeply centered & strongly rooted. Practicing & sharing in a group is good medicine for overcoming isolation, helplessness or hopelessness. With each breath, let us open our hearts and remember that together we are strong.
