Leadership Program for Aspiring Change-Makers
A program for young adults between age 23 and 35
Becoming Earth Treasure Vase Stewards with Pilgrimage to Nepal
In June of this year, we will begin a very special hybrid program (online and in-person) in which a small group of young adults, ages 23 to 35, will be invited to cross the threshold into the adventure of a lifetime. The aim of this program is to empower one another to step more fully into our authentic life path, to cultivate a stronger sense of belonging to community (human and earth), to grow our resiliency and capacity to meet the myriad challenges of our times, and to discover and deepen our commitment to a path in service to life. In order to facilitate this process of growth and maturation, each participant will have the opportunity to craft and steward an Earth Treasure Vase, dedicated to a cause they care deeply about.
A special online course for young adults (18-35) in collaboration with Dharma Gates around the book Summoned by the Earth
Each of us has a guiding question and an answer that is waiting for us, which can truly open our path.
This course will be a transformational journey of study and experience. The book and this six-week course intends to facilitate a process of individual and collective awakening. Without knowing it, effortlessly, we may enter into the slip-stream of the mystery of our own lives, where we discover our own burning question and find the answers that lead us to the next real step(s) on our personal path of awakening into a purposeful, aligned and connected life.
EARTH TREASURE VASE GLOBAL HEALING MEDITATION
Every full moon we gather for a guided meditation to direct our prayers and intentions towards the healing of the Earth. The meditation includes an invocation of all the Earth Treasure Vase locations around the planet as a way to keep our prayers alive, energize the global mandala and embrace Gaia with our loving care and attention.
SUBLIME MOTHER GAIA TRANSMISSION & TEACHINGS
A Vajrayana-style deity practice inspired by Tara with a visualization of Gaia and a recitation of her mantra that our founder, Cynthia Jurs, received during intensive practice in retreat and has worked with privately for many years and is bringing forward now at this time of planetary unraveling and evolutionary change.
SUBLIME MOTHER GAIA RETREAT
The retreat includes a transmission ceremony, teachings, group practice, and Q&A. Once one has received the teachings, an ongoing monthly practice group can be joined to deepen one’s understanding and keep the practice alive.
MONDAY MINDFULNESS MEDITATION
During this bi-monthly 2 hour practice group, we enter into the quiet space within, stopping to catch our breath, center ourselves and let go of anxiety to reconnect with our true source of Being. At the end of our practice there will be an opportunity for mindful sharing around the circle, and Metta Healing Circle, to heighten personal and collective healing. Our Practice Group continues with shared leadership.

The Gaia Mandala is the gathering place for our online community to connect with others around the world, get to know each other, share intentions and prayers, dreams and stories, insights, visions…and deepen participation in all of our group practices and offerings.
